American metal band, Tool, will kick off their 2010 tour at the UNO Lakefront Arena in New Orleans, Louisiana on June 19th. The band has four dates scheduled for Canada. The final stop is set for the ARCO Arena in Sacramento, California on July 13th.
No official word yet on an opening act, but rumor has it that the band is working on a new album. Fans shouldn’t get too excited about an all-new set list. While the rumor mill is always churning, Tool is known to take their time writing new material.
Tool has drawn in a loyal fan-base with their outspoken message, distinctive style, and incredible live shows. They have released four full-length albums, won three Grammys, and sold over nine million albums in the U.S. alone.
