Who Are We?

ShowTimeTickets.com is an independent Canadian full service ticket reseller - broker of tickets to all major  live sports, concerts, theatre events, comedy shows, and special events around the world.

We are conveniently located next to Rogers Arena (home of the Vancouver Canucks) and BC Place Stadium (home of the Vancouver Whitecaps and BC Lions). Established in 1985, we have been providing our customers access to the best and most memorable events for over 40 years.

We are proud longstanding members of the National Association of Ticket Brokers (and founding members of the Canadian Ticket Brokers Association which has since folded into the NATB) which sets the highest standards in the industry for reliability and consumer protection.

ShowTimeTickets.com was a fixture at the corner of Beatty and Robson St from 1995 -2015. In 2015 we moved to an even more convenient location at 626 Citadel Parade which is directly across the street from Stadium Skytrain station,  just steps away from  Rogers Arena, BC Place and Queen Elizabeth Theatre. Our new address as of February 2026 is located at 119-West Pender Street Unit #411 in downtown Vancouver.

Hours of Operation:
Online service is available from Monday  - Friday from 11am to 7pm
Office hours for in person visits are from Monday  - Friday from 11am to 5pm
