Hit the road, Jack: Tenacious D launches West Coast, Europe tour

The rocking duo of Jack Black and Kyle Gass will be hitting the road this summer in promotion of their latest album, Rize of the Fenix set for release on May 15. The album reportedly (source: exclaim.ca) features a full band accompanying Black and Gass, but thus far only Black and Gass are confirmed to be part of the tour.

Tenacious D’s latest tour includes several California stops, as well as a date in Vancouver, BC’s new outdoor concert series at the PNE Amphitheatre and Fair. The North American leg of the tour concludes at the Sasquatch Music Festival in Washington May 28th, before moving on to dates in Europe for the month of June.
