Live at Squamish Coming Labor Day Weekend

This Labor Day weekend, September 4 and 5, B.C. will host its first (possibly) annual Live at Squamish festival! This news on the heels of another Pemberton Festival cancellation, is very exciting for music fans across the province.

The Live at Squamish festival is kicking off on a much smaller scale than that of Pemberton. The venue will accommodate up to 13,000 people. The organizers for the event hope that it will grow over time, but are excited with the participation and response so far, adding that their agenda is to “create happy times in a big field with great music.”

The festival will feature over forty local and international musicians, such as The Decemberists, Devo, Bad Religion, Tokyo Police Club, DJ Z-Trip, and Matthew Good. The lineup is growing daily.

Festival goers will also have an opportunity to view an Artisan and First Nations Village with traditional art and performances.

The festival will be held at the Logger Sports Grounds and Hendrickson Fields. Don’t miss your chance to enjoy two days of great music in a beautiful location. Live at Squamish tickets go on sale today at liveatsquamish.com or ShowTimeTickets.com, where we are never sold out!
