Australian pop queen, Kylie Minogue, has announced plans for a global tour this spring. The Aphrodite – Live 2011 World Tour will kick off in Denmark on February 19th.
Minogue will be touring in support of her 2010 release, Aphrodite. Fueled by the hit single, “Get Outta My Way,” Aphrodite reached number one on charts in the U.K. and nineteen on U.S. charts.
Minogue has had eight sold-out world tours, including 2009’s For You, For Me Tour in North America. She is best known for hits like “Can’t Get You Out of My Head” and “Come Into My World.”
The North American leg of the Aprhrodite tour will get underway April 28th in Montreal, and will close out in Las Vegas on May 22nd. Minogue will play fifteen U.K. shows, including five nights at O2 Arena in London.
