The sold-out Believe tour has expanded by another 30 dates that will see Justin Bieber return to North American arenas in the summer of 2013. New Canadian dates are currently limited to Ottawa (July 23) and Toronto (July 25-26), so Western Canadian fans will be left waiting and wanting in the meantime.
