Long-time rockers, Rush, are launching a tour across North America this summer. The Time Machine Tour kicks off in Albuquerque, New Mexico on June 29th. Named for the upcoming twentieth album from the band, the tour will cover thirty-six cities.
Five dates are scheduled for Canada with the remaining shows spread across the U.S. The final show will take place in West Palm Beach, Florida on October 2nd.
As the most successful Canadian rock band ever, Rush has acquired legions of fans. This summer, those loyal fans will experience something never done before by the band.
The group will feature the 1981 platinum album, Moving Pictures, in its entirety. Rush frontman, Geddy Lee, says that the band will be performing some new takes on some of the old favorites. Pulling from their impressive thirty year collection, Rush will also showcase a range of other classic tunes, as well as songs from the new album.
