The multi-talented Rufus Wainwright is currently on tour in Australia with plans for a North American stint later this year. New tour dates were just announced for December. Along with five Canadian dates, Wainwright will also perform in major U.S. cities including San Francisco and New York.
Wainwright is a celebrated singer/songwriter, composer, and most recently, director. His latest musical work, All Days Are Nights: Songs For Lulu, was released in March of this year. Wainwright’s music has been widely praised, earning him two Junos and the 2008 nomination for “Songwriter of the Year.”
