An overwhelming demand for “Bieber Fever” has led to pop superstar Justin Bieber adding two additional dates for his BELIEVE tour. The new dates are for Vancouver, BC – home of opening act Carly Rae Jepsen – and a second concert for Madison Square Garden in New York City.
