Earlier today, celebrated pop star, Janet Jackson, announced dates for her upcoming Janet Jackson Number Ones, Up Close and Personal Tour.

The tour will get underway on March 4th in Houston, TX, with a set list to include a range of her thirty-five number one hits from the 2009 album, Number Ones.

Jackson called on her fans to help determine the direction of the tour, choosing cities that were voted on via her official website. The Decemberists Launch Tour This Month

The Decemberists

Indie rock band, The Decemberists, will be touring in support of their soon-to-be released album, The King is Dead, beginning this month.

The tour kicks off with three nights at Beacon Theatre in New York City. The group will play two Canadian cities, Montreal and Toronto, as well as dates in the U.S. and U.K. through March.

Country favorites, Sugarland, have just announced that they will be continuing the Incredible Machine Tour with over sixty dates in 2011. The new dates will kick off in Houston on March 3, and take the band to cities all over the U.S. and Canada through October.

The duo will be touring in support of their fourth release, The Incredible Machine. They will be joined on the road by Sara Bareilles, Matt Nathanson, and Little Big Town.
