Bob Dylan is an American folk singer and songwriter. He is most
widely recognized for headlining the cultural movement of the 1960s,
when some of his songs, such as "Blowin' in the Wind" and "The Times
They Are A-Changin'", became anthems of the anti-war and civil rights
movements.
Dylan is considered one of the most influential individuals of the 20th century, both musically and culturally. In 2008, Dylan was included in Time Magazine's "100: The Most Important People of the Century."
