Listen to Death Cab for Cutie’s Brand New Album (See ‘Em On Tour, Too!)

Seattle indie pop superstars Death Cab for Cutie have a new record, Codes and Keys, coming out May 31. They’re on tour now, though, and excited fans can listen to the whole thing a week early.

NPR.org in the States (don’t worry, Canadian fans, you can still access it) is streaming the entire album as well as letting fans listen track-by-track. Make sure to check out “Monday Morning” and “Underneath the Sycamore.” Listen here.

Motley Crue Take On Canada with Dead of Winter Tour

motley_crueHeavy metal rockers, Motley Crue, will be touring in ten Canadian cities beginning this month. The notorious bad boys include bassist Nikki Sixx, drummer Tommy Lee, guitarist Mick Mars, and singer Vince Neil. The band was formed in 1981 in Los Angeles, and have released nine albums over their nearly thirty year career. Their most recent album, Saints of Los Angeles, received a 2009 Grammy nomination for Best Hard Rock Performance. Motley Crue is considered one of the most successful American hard rock bands, having sold over 80 million albums worldwide and 24 million records in the US.
The Dead of Winter Tour begins January 23rd in Victoria, and will continue through the month of February, with the final show taking place at Bell Centre in Montreal, QC on February 5th. The band will be performing with special guests, Joe Perry Project and Airbourne.
