Musical icon, Paul McCartney, is currently on tour in the U.K. Summer dates are planned for North America, set to kick off on July 10th at AT&T Park in San Francisco. McCartney will play three nights in Canada, and continue to tour through August. The final show will be held at Pittsburgh’s brand new Consol Energy Center on August 18.

Victoria to Host 2011 Canadian Figure Skating Championships

Victoria is set to host the Canadian Figure Skating Championships and the Junior Nationals in January, 2011. The events will be held at Save-On-Foods Memorial Centre. This marks the third time Victoria has been chosen as the site for this event.
Canada’s performance at the 2010 Winter Olympics has fans excited for the return of their top performers.
Still undetermined, but expected to compete is Olympic bronze medalist, Joannie Rochette, who won the hearts of spectators everywhere with her courageous and nearly flawless performance at the Winter Games. Read More

Justin Bieber Extends My World Tour

Pop sensation, Justin Bieber, has extended his first headlining tour through December. The North American tour will cover over thirty new dates, including eight stops in Canada.

In only a few years, Justin Bieber has achieved musical success on an international level. In 2009, Bieber’s debut album, My World, went platinum in both the U.S. and Canada, and had singles topping charts worldwide.

Bieber’s My World Tour kicks off this month in Hartford, Connecticut. The final show is now scheduled for Atlanta, Georgia on December 23. Read More
