Figure skating is one of the most popular sporting events held during the Winter Games. Interestingly, the eye catching sport was first introduced in an indoor arena during the Summer Games of 1908. Canada looks to Patrick Chan as its top medal hopeful. In 2008, he became the youngest man to win a Canadian title at age seventeen. He is currently ranked sixth in the world.
