Radiohead debuts new song “Full Stop” at Illinois concert

By Kat

At a recent concert stop in Tinley Park, Illinois, British rock band Radiohead debuted a new song titled “Full Stop” to the delight of the crowd. The new song follows the release of the band’s latest album “The King of Limbs”.

Writes The Rolling Stone:

Like other new tunes the group has been trying out in recent sets, “Full Stop” pushes the dark and densely rhythmic sound of the King material in a more aggressive direction. This number is particularly menacing, with beats that tumble out violently as Thom Yorke chants “the truth will mess you up,” a sentiment that is so very Thom Yorke that it’s surprising it took so long for him to actually sing it.

Radiohead has a few more stops on the North American leg of its current tour – notably concerts in Montreal and Toronto – before closing out their 2012 schedule with gigs in France, New Zealand and Australia.
