Rise Against hit the road with Rancid

Rise Against is preparing to kick off their North American summer tour on June 4th, just one week away, and are looking forward to continuing it all the way through July 31st, when they head over to Europe to begin the European leg.

Tim McIlrath, frontman of Rise Against, has another reason to look forward to the tour: his dream of touring with Rancid has come true! McIlrath says of searching for a touring partner that they really tried “not to bring out the same old kind of show where we headline and then have a band that’s smaller than us open.” With Rancid along for the ride, fans are in for what looks to be a double head-liner tour, lasting two months in North America.

The tour starts off at the Pacific Colliseum in Vancouver, BC on June 4th and will continue for another 35 shows, ending at the Molson Amphitheatre in Toronto, ON. Rise Against tickets are already on sale for this fast approaching tour, so get yours today!
