Robert Plant Extends Band of Joy Tour

Robert Plant has extended The Band of Joy Tour, which kicks off today in Asheville, NC. Plant and the Band of Joy album collaborators will now tour through the end of April, playing their final show in Denver on April 27th.

Many west coast dates were added, including Vancouver, Portland, Seattle, and Los Angeles. The North Mississippi Allstars will offer support as opening act on all tour dates.

David Gray Launches Lost and Found Tour

British singer and songwriter, David Gray, has announced that he will begin touring this February in support of his 2010 release, Foundling.

Like many other top acts have recently done, Gray is taking an intimate approach to tour scheduling, choosing only to play smaller venues in larger cities. What’s more, Gray’s tour will be all acoustic.

The Decemberists Launch Tour This Month

Indie rock band, The Decemberists, will be touring in support of their soon-to-be released album, The King is Dead, beginning this month.

The tour kicks off with three nights at Beacon Theatre in New York City. The group will play two Canadian cities, Montreal and Toronto, as well as dates in the U.S. and U.K. through March.
