Jay Chou in North America
Taiwanese music sensation, Jay Chou, will be playing three dates in North America this winter. The west coast dates will begin at Rogers Arena in Vancouver on December 23, then head south for performances in San Jose and Los Angeles.
Chou creates music that fuses Chinese with Western styles, producing a unique sound. His debut record, Jay Album, was released in 2000, but it was his second album, Fantasy, in 2001 that gained him the most exposure, and boosted him toward fame.

Pop singer, Ke$ha will hit the road on her first headlining North America tour in 2011. The Get $leazy Tour kicks off February 15 at the Crystal Ballroom in Portland, and runs through May 6 with a final show at The Wiltern in Los Angeles.

An Intimate Evening with Sarah McLachlan
Celebrated singer and songwriter, Sarah McLachlan, unveiled her new 2011 tour plans yesterday. Titled Sarah and Friends, the tour will travel through cities all over Canada and the U.S. beginning in March.
McLachlan will be supporting her June release, Laws of Illusion, but the on-road setlist will include both new material, as well as old favorites.

CFL Playoff Showdown
With the last regular season CFL games this past weekend, the 2010 Playoff teams are now set. The regular season concluded with the Montreal Alouettes and Calgary Stampeders taking decisive leads, while the BC Lions squeaked in thanks to a loss by the Edmonton Eskimos and a final game victory over the Hamilton Tiger-cats.
