Steve Harvey has a long list of achievements in acting, stand-up comedy, television, radio, and even as a best-selling author. Harvey began performing stand-up comedy in Cleveland, Ohio in the mid-1980s. He has hosted It's Showtime at the Apollo, toured with The Original Kings of Comedy, and hosted on his own WB network show, The Steve Harvey Show. In addition to television, he performs on The Steve Harvey Morning Show, an FM radio series. He is the author of two best selling books titled Act Like a Lady, Think Like a Man: What Men Really Think About Love, Relationships, Intimacy, and Commitment and Straight Talk, No Chaser: How to Find and Keep a Man.
Known as a motivational and comedic performer, as well as a mentor for troubled young men and women in the black American community, Steve Harvey travels across America performing in a variety of venues.
