Formed in New Brunswick, New Jersey in 2001, Streetlight Manifesto, a ska punk band (fusion of ska and hardcore punk) sold out its first concert at Rutgers University. Their first recording was a four-track demo EP with "Everything Went Numb," "Point/Counterpoint," "The Saddest Song" and "We Are the Few."
Added to line-up changes, the April of '05 tour was derailed when the band's instruments were stolen. They were robbed again in November of '05, in Paris. Coming soon is the "99 Songs of Revolution," an eight CD/album project with other artists.
