Peter Frampton is a British musician, best known today for his solo work in the mid-1970s. He was originally famous as a member of The Herd, and became a teen idol in Britain. Frampton worked with Steve Marriott in Humble Pie, as well as on albums by Harry Nilsson, Jerry Lee Lewis, and George Harrison.

Released in 2010, Thank You Mr. Churchill is the fourteenth studio album from Frampton.

Peter Frampton's solo debut was 1972's "Wind of Change".

Peter Frampton is famous for his use with the talkbox in the 14-minute epic "Do You Feel Like We Do", and the shorter "Show Me The Way". His solo breakthrough was the six million plus selling album Frampton Comes Alive! (1976), which included these two singles.

His latest album is Now and he embarked on a tour with Styx to support that album. Currently Peter Frampton is recording an instrumental album which will feature special guests such as members of Pearl Jam.
