Melissa Ferrick Tickets

Melissa Ferrick is an American, independent music artist whose career began in coffee houses in the East Village of New York City during the early 1990s. Her notoriety is driven by her dedicated fan base, word of mouth and by announcements in independent, alternative periodicals. She has performed alongside musicians such as Morrissey, Bob Dylan, Paul Westerburg and Weezer. In 2000, she founded her own record label that she aptly dubbed "Right On Records." In 2007, she performed at the Michigan Womyn's Music Festival along with Ani DiFranco and the Indigo Girls . She performs more than 150 live shows each year including small and large venues as well as many music festivals.

Melissa Ferrick will be touring to promote the release of her newest album, Still Right Here, beginning in 2011. The new album includes duets with Ani DiFranco and guitar work by the acclaimed Kaki King.
