David Byrne is a singer and actor who got his start in Maryland in 1974. Bryne has been involved in all types of media, including film and photography, but is best known as the founding member of the music group, Talking Heads, who were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2008. Over his long career he has released 8 albums, 4 live albums, and 14 singles. He has also contributed to several soundtracks.
This talented, award winning performer is still producing hits for his fans. He most recently contributed to the song, "Speaking in Tongues," off of Arcade Fire's 2011 deluxe edition of The Suburbs.
